The problem seemed to start after installing VS2015 Professional. I don't understand why it is trying to install VS2015 Community Edition.

In the past I have had similar issues with Microsoft installers popping up when VB6 loads, and I ran a repair on Microsoft Office and that always fixed the problem, but not this time. I have VB6 and VS2015 installed on two machines running Windows 7 and I do not have this problem.
